14 August - 20 August 2017

Beautiful parkland encompasses Margam Discovery Centre in south Wales

July dates are full. Interested in visiting Wales? We also have space at Orielton or Dale Fort both in stunning Pembrokeshire.

Take a Virtual Tour of the Centre

Visit Margam Discovery Centre and stay in a state of the art low carbon footprint building. Your family will find Margam located in South Wales within 850 acres of beautiful parkland where 600 deer roam freely.

With the Gower waiting to be discovered under an hours drive away, your family will be spoilt for choice when it comes to your holiday adventures in Wales. Coastlines, valleys, rivers, woodlands and city centres all await – not forgetting Margam Park itself.

Your family can enjoy the extensive grounds with footballs, rugby balls, rounders and cricket sets available from us.If the weather in Wales isn’t on your side, during your holiday, then don’t worry. Inside your family will find two common rooms with digital TV; one is set out with comfortable settees and coffee tables and the other has table-tennis and board games.

Visitors will have the opportunity sign up to which activities they want to attend when they arrive. All activities are planned with a wide range of children in mind. Activities may be split in terms of ages depending on the range we get.

All sessions will run for 1 and a 1/2 hours. To avoid disappointment, please ensure that you have signed all participants up for the activities you would like to do. All children must be supervised by an adult. We will meet for the activity at 9am (unless a different time is stated).
